In the idyllic, fictional province of Barrio Balay, Bart Arceo (Kurt Mendoza) dreams of more than his quiet life by the lake. An orphan raised by loving adoptive parents, he yearns for a place where he truly belongs. His world collides with Bryce Fajardo (Renz Kieser), a jaded and arrogant Manila model who stumbles into town after a car breakdown. Despite their clashing backgrounds—Bart's humble warmth versus Bryce's cold privilege—a surprising connection sparks. Bryce impulsively offers Bart a modeling internship in the city, setting off a journey of self-discovery, friendship, and slow-burning romance. Set in a refreshingly utopian world where queer love is fully accepted, *Your Home* explores what it means to find 'home' not in a place, but in another person. With stunning cinematography that contrasts the lush province with the vibrant city, poetic dialogues, and a deeply heartfelt message, this series is a contemplative, feel-good antidote to coming-out dramas—a celebration of belonging, chosen family, and the quiet courage of opening your heart.

I fell head over heels for Bart and Bryce. Their quiet, friendship-first love gave me butterflies without a single kiss. The scene where Bryce teaches Bart to use chopsticks? My heart melted. This is the soft, safe BL I've been craving.

The story meanders like it was written on the fly. Bart becomes a model overnight, random coincidences pile up, and the ending was so abrupt I laughed. Great visuals can't fix a script that forgets to have a backbone. Skip unless you're watching for screen caps.

The cinematography is absolutely breathtaking. The way the golden hour light hits the lake, the rain-soaked streets of Manila, the carefully composed close-ups of Bart's longing face—this series is a visual love letter. Every frame could be a photograph. I watched just for the beauty.

I truly appreciated how this show normalizes queer love without trauma. No coming-out angst, no family rejection—just two boys falling in love in a world that accepts them. It's a refreshing model for representation, even if the writing is sometimes clumsy. More shows should take this approach.

The OST is lovely—acoustic guitar melodies that perfectly match the dreamy tone. But oh my god, they play the same song on loop in almost every episode. By episode 5 I was humming it in my sleep. Great playlist material, but the repetition kills the immersion.
