Fresh-faced university student Rak lands a golden internship at a top Bangkok advertising agency, stepping into a high-stakes world of client pitches and creative chaos. But he quickly discovers the industry isn't just about selling products—it's about survival. When a powerful senior executive, whose own guarded past mirrors Rak's hidden vulnerabilities, takes the young intern under his wing, a delicate bond forms. Their relationship begins as one of protection and mentorship, yet the late nights brainstorming campaigns and the thrill of landing a big account soon blur the lines between professional respect and something far deeper. Adapted from a beloved novel, 'Wish Me Luck' is a slow-burn workplace romance that explores how love can grow in the most competitive of environments, offering a heartfelt look at trust, ambition, and the courage it takes to let someone in.

I am absolutely obsessed with Rak and his boss! The way he's so shy and determined, and the executive is all cold on the outside but melts for him—it's everything. The office scenes feel so real, and every time they accidentally touch I scream. A perfect slow-burn for romantics like me.

It's a solid BL with a good premise, but the pacing drags in the middle episodes. The advertising competition subplot felt a bit rushed toward the end. Still, the character development is strong, and the leads have believable chemistry. Worth a watch if you like workplace dramas.

I came for the main couple but stayed for the side romance between the art director (BitterSweet) and the intern's friend (Piglet Charada). They have this fun frenemy dynamic that totally steals every scene. Wish they got more screen time! Still, the main story is sweet and protective. Solid 8.

The cinematography is stunning—every scene in the agency office is bathed in warm golden light, and the night rooftop conversations are framed like a painting. The color grading shifts from cold blues at work to soft pinks during intimate moments. A visual treat that really elevates the romance.

I appreciate that the power dynamic is handled with care—the mentor never abuses his position, and Rak's consent is always clear. However, I wish the show addressed workplace hierarchies a bit more critically instead of romanticizing the boss-subordinate relationship. Still, a step in the right direction for BL.
