Welcome to the chaotic, hilarious, and surprisingly heartfelt world of *Wake Up Ladies*! Meet Dr. Natt (Premsak Ketsrinarong), a brilliant neurologist with a secret specialty: fixing his patients' messy love lives and existential crises. He's also the gay best friend and emotional anchor for a quartet of wildly different women—from the workaholic Jane to the hopeless romantic Aei, the sassy Kulay, and the innocent Tata. Together, this quirky group navigates career meltdowns, heartbreaks, and the perils of modern dating, all while Dr. Natt dispenses sage advice and tries to find his own romantic happiness. Blending razor-sharp comedy with genuine emotional depth, this GMMTV gem is a celebration of friendship, self-discovery, and the unexpected ways we heal each other. With a vibrant ensemble cast and a rare gay male lead who isn't just comic relief, *Wake Up Ladies* is a refreshingly honest take on love in all its messy, glorious forms.

I went in for the BL elements and stayed for the whole beautiful mess! Dr. Natt’s journey to find love had me squealing, and his chemistry with his eventual partner is so natural. The friendship between the girls is adorable too. I cried happy tears during the last episode.

There’s a charming core here, but the pacing drags and some female characters—especially Aei and Kulay—feel like one-note caricatures. Dr. Natt gets sidelined too often for someone who’s supposed to be the lead. Still, the advice scenes are genuinely insightful. Worth a watch if you can handle the cringe.

The opening theme is an absolute banger—I never skipped it. The music perfectly captures the show’s playful yet emotional vibe. Every episode feels like a party. Even when the plot wobbles, the soundtrack keeps me smiling.

I appreciate that Dr. Natt is shown as a fully rounded gay man, not just a trope. The series handles his romantic struggles with dignity. However, some of the female characters' jealousy feels forced, and the show misses a few chances to critique toxic relationship patterns. Fun, but could be more progressive.

The color grading is warm and inviting, and the group scenes are framed beautifully—like a sitcom but with Thai flair. The intro montage is visually slick. Some indoor lighting is flat, but overall it’s a treat for the eyes. Style over substance at times, but I enjoyed the ride.
