Dr. Tin is a weary third-year emergency medicine resident at a bustling Bangkok hospital, jaded by the daily flood of patients and the systemic injustices he witnesses. His world is turned upside down when university student Tol is rushed in after a violent car accident on July 18th. Despite Tin's best efforts, Tol dies on the table—and then Tin wakes up to the exact same morning, with the exact same patient. Trapped in a relentless time loop, Tin is given a cryptic mission by a mysterious, puckish figure named Jinta: save Tol's life, and the loop will break. What starts as a frustrating, repetitive chore slowly transforms into a desperate, all-consuming obsession. Each failed attempt—whether Tol succumbs to a heart attack, a bullet, or a medical error—teaches Tin more about the intricate web of corruption, betrayal, and hidden debts that surrounds Tol. To truly save him, Tin must go beyond the hospital walls, uncovering a dangerous organ trafficking ring, standing up to powerful doctors, and untangling the emotional knots binding Tol to his scheming friends and a controlling girlfriend. But the deeper Tin digs, the more he falls for the arrogant yet vulnerable young man he's trying to rescue. As the loops blur together, their connection deepens into a love that transcends time itself—only for the ultimate twist to flip the narrative, putting Tol in the driver's seat to save the man who gave everything for him. Blending heart-pounding medical realism, supernatural mystery, and a slow-burn romance that feels earned, *Triage* is a gripping, emotionally resonant thriller that asks: How far would you go to rewrite fate for the person you love?

I am absolutely in love with Tin and Tol. Their journey through the loops felt so raw and real—Tin's determination to save Tol even when he didn't know why, and the way Tol slowly lets his walls down melted my heart. The kiss scene in episode 4? I rewatched it a dozen times. The chemistry between Tae and Tee is off the charts, and I'm so happy they finally got a series where they're the main couple. This is the kind of love that makes you believe in fate. A must-watch for any hopeless romantic!

I wanted to love this more than I did. The premise is fantastic—a time-loop medical BL with social commentary—but the execution falters badly after episode 10. Suddenly the rules of the loop change just to create drama, and the magical notebook and kiss-that-restores-memory felt like lazy writing. The shift in perspective from Tin to Tol undermined all the tension we'd built. And don't get me started on the rushed finale where the villains just... disappear. I appreciate the ambition, but for me, the plot holes and inconsistent logic made it frustrating rather than fun.

Visually, *Triage* is a feast. The cold, sterile hospital lighting contrasts beautifully with the warm golden tones of the outdoor scenes—especially the clock tower kisses. The time-loop transitions are cleverly shot with subtle color shifts and repeated blocking that rewards attentive viewers. I loved how the directing used mirror images to show parallel moments. The production design of the ER and the autopsy room felt authentically clinical without being overly gory. This is one of the best-looking Thai BLs I've seen. A few rough cuts in later episodes, but overall, a visual treat.

The soundtrack of *Triage* is phenomenal! The main theme perfectly captures the urgency and emotional weight of the time loop—I still get chills every time the piano motif kicks in at a crucial moment. The background score subtly shifts between suspenseful strings during the medical scenes and soft, longing melodies when Tin and Tol connect. There's no jarring power ballad that feels out of place; instead, the music enhances every twist. I've been listening to the OST on repeat. A rare BL where the music is as intelligent as the plot.

As someone who read the original novel, I was both excited and nervous. The drama expands on the novel in smart ways—more screentime for Sing and Gap, and the addition of Jinta's comic relief was a welcome change. However, the finale deviates significantly from the book's tighter resolution. The novel had a clearer explanation for the time loop (Jinta's backstory), which the series glosses over. Also, the characters of Rit and Mai are more nuanced in the book. Still, the adaptation captures the spirit of Sammon's work—the medical accuracy and moral dilemmas are intact. A good adaptation, but not perfect.

What impressed me most about *Triage* is how it handles complex social issues without being preachy. The organ-harvesting plotline exposes the exploitation of the poor by the powerful, and the show doesn't shy away from showing how economic desperation forces characters like Mai into unethical choices. The relationship between Tin and Tol is refreshingly healthy—Tin respects Tol's boundaries even when he's desperate, and their love is built on trust, not manipulation. The show also addresses mental health through Doi's arc, showing that villains are often products of broken systems. A thoughtful, socially-aware BL that earns its praise.

I started watching for the main couple but stayed for Gap and Sing! Yes, they only get a few scenes until the final loop, but their dynamic is adorable—Gap's playful teasing and Sing's stern exterior crumbling just for him was everything I needed. I wish we'd seen more of their relationship develop, especially the moment Sing finally smiles at Gap. The heart-to-heart in the supply room? Iconic. These two deserved their own spin-off. The main story was great, but the side couple brought the warmth and lightness that balanced the heavy medical thriller tone.

I came for the time-loop action and medical chases, but *Triage* left me wanting more adrenaline. The concept is cool—Tin dodging bullets, running through hospital corridors—but the execution is too slow and talky. The final confrontation with Dr. Sak and Doi felt rushed and clunky; the gun scenes lacked tension, and the fight choreography was mediocre. There's only one decent chase scene in episode 6. If you're looking for edge-of-your-seat action like *Not Me*, this isn't it. The romance takes center stage, which is fine, but as an action fan, I was bored for long stretches.
