Timeline weaves together three distinct tales of gay love in Thailand, each exploring different stages of romance and self-discovery. In the first story, two high school best friends grapple with their burgeoning feelings for each other, capturing the awkward sweetness of first love. The second story shifts tone to suspense as a famous gay influencer couple receives a menacing anonymous letter that threatens to expose their perfect online life. The final and most mature tale follows a young hotel owner caring for his bedridden boyfriend, who finds unexpected joy and temptation when a charming guest checks in. Shot with raw indie charm and low-budget ambition, the film gradually reveals a surprising connection between its characters in a twist that explains the title. Despite its rough edges, this 2013 gem offers a heartfelt look at the early days of Thai BL cinema, celebrating love in all its messy, complicated forms.

I absolutely adored the first story about the two high school friends. Their awkwardness felt so real and I was rooting for them from the start. Yes, the production is rough, but the emotions are genuine. The twist at the end made me smile.

I appreciate the attempt to connect three stories, but the execution is a mess. The second story feels like a completely different movie, and the twist requires a lot of mental gymnastics to make sense. The acting in the first story is amateurish. It's a curiosity, not a good film.

As a lover of visual storytelling, I was fascinated by how each director brought a distinct look to their segment. The first story's shaky cam captures teenage anxiety, the second has eerie lighting, and the third is polished and warm. The contrast itself is a study in Thai indie filmmaking.

For a 2013 Thai film, this is surprisingly progressive in depicting gay relationships without tragedy. The third story's caretaking dynamic is handled with sensitivity, and the second touches on online harassment. However, the acting and script inconsistencies hold it back from greatness.

I wanted to love the music, but the audio quality is poor in my copy. Still, I could hear some nice guitar melodies in the third story that added to the melancholy. The film could have benefited from a proper score. Worth a watch if you're a completist.
