Travel back to the early 2000s in this deeply affecting Thai BL that explores the enduring power of first love and memory. The Yearbook follows Phob and Nut, two best friends whose bond deepens into something more as they navigate adolescence, dreams, and an unspoken promise to stay together. But when Phob suddenly disappears without explanation, Nut is left heartbroken and confused. Four years later, a chance reunion forces them to confront the past—and the devastating secret Phob has been hiding. Told through a series of poignant flashbacks and shifting perspectives, this slow-burn melodrama peels back layers of misunderstanding, sacrifice, and unconditional love. With a nostalgic early-2000s aesthetic, a haunting soundtrack, and stellar debut performances, The Yearbook is a tearjerker that proves true love can withstand even the hardest trials. A must-watch for fans of emotional, character-driven stories over fluffy romance.

I cried so much watching this. The way Phob and Nut's love story unfolds through memories is incredibly moving. Title's acting broke my heart—you could feel every ounce of Nut's pain and love. No fanservice, just pure emotion. A masterpiece.

The story is beautiful in concept, but the execution drags. Too many repeated flashbacks and the last two episodes feel like filler. The amputation reveal lost impact because of the repetitive editing. It could have been a tight 6-episode series.

The cinematography is stunning. The warm, grainy filter used for the 2000s scenes perfectly captures youth and longing. Every frame feels like a photograph from a yearbook. I also loved the subtle color shifts between past and present.

I appreciate how this show handles illness and the ethical dilemma of withholding truth. Phob's choice to leave was misguided but understandable. However, I wish the series explored the emotional impact on both characters more equally. Still, it's a thoughtful LGBTQ+ story.

The OST is phenomenal. Every song, especially 'Old Pic', hits right in the feels. The score swells at just the right moments—I can't listen to the soundtrack without tearing up. It elevates an already emotional story to another level.
