I absolutely loved this short film! It's so sweet and tender—the way the two boys meet under the bridge to escape exam stress felt incredibly real. Their chemistry was perfect, and the ending left me with a huge smile. A must-watch for any BL fan looking for something soft and heartfelt.

As a short film, 'Skip School' uses its visuals beautifully—the lighting under the bridge, the muted colors, and the framing of the two boys against the concrete create a dreamy, intimate atmosphere. The story is simple but effective. I just wish it had been a bit longer to explore their connection more deeply.

I appreciate the sentiment, but the plot is extremely thin. Two boys skip class, sit by a bridge, talk about the future—that's basically it. The acting is fine but there's not enough conflict or development to make it truly memorable. A sweet vignette but not much else.

What struck me most was how the film quietly addresses the immense pressure Taiwanese students face. The act of skipping class becomes a small rebellion, and the boys' vulnerability about their futures felt authentic. No problematic power dynamics—just two teens finding comfort in each other. Very refreshing.

The gentle piano soundtrack perfectly complements the serene, melancholic mood. The music swells at just the right moments, making the emotional beats hit harder. Not a groundbreaking OST, but it fits the film like a glove. Worth watching for the sound design alone if you're into atmospheric BL.
