I am absolutely melted. The way Miguel and Leo just exist in the same room—you can feel the heat through the screen. That one scene where their hands accidentally touch while reaching for the same glass? I had to pause and breathe. This is what slow-burn romance is supposed to feel like. No over-the-top drama, just two boys trying not to fall, and failing beautifully.

I appreciate what it's trying to do, but I found the pacing a little too slow for a 30-minute film. There's only so much silent staring you can do before I start wanting the characters to actually talk about their feelings. The acting is fine, the premise is solid, but I wish the script had given them a bit more to say. Still, a decent indie effort.

I really wanted to love this more than I did. The representation of queer desire in a tight, domestic space is important, and there's real tenderness here. But I wish the filmmakers had addressed the power imbalance a bit more—Miguel seems more experienced, and Leo is clearly uncertain. Consent is handled well (enthusiastic yes in the end), but the dynamic felt slightly uneven. That said, the final kiss is breathtaking.
