I am absolutely in love with this spin-off! Dae Yeong and Jeong Ha's chemistry is off the charts, and seeing them go from awkward high school moments to cozy domestic life was everything I needed. The camcorder concept is so romantic—every little smile and touch felt real. Short and sweet, exactly what a fan like me craves.

I wanted to love this more, but honestly, it felt unnecessary. The flashbacks didn't add much we didn't already know, and the script avoided the deeper issues hinted at in the original. The actors are talented, but they weren't given any real material to work with. It's a pleasant watch, but ultimately forgettable.

Visually, this is a treat. The warm color grading and soft focus on the old camcorder footage versus the crisp present-day scenes create a beautiful contrast. However, the constant background music with vocals was distracting and too loud, often overpowering the dialogue. Still, for a short web series, the production quality is impressive.

I appreciated that the romance is built on mutual respect and clear consent—no toxic tropes here. The characters communicate openly and affectionately. That said, the series glosses over the emotional baggage from their past, which would have made the story more meaningful. It's a safe, sweet watch but lacks the depth to start real conversations.

The music choices are actually lovely—soft guitar and piano that fit the nostalgic mood. But I have to agree with others: the vocals in the background tracks are way too loud and compete with the actors' voices. If they had balanced the mix better, this would be perfect. Still, the emotional beats hit because of the score.
