Ten years ago, young Sangmin stayed with Dinneaw's family in Thailand as an exchange student, forming a bond that faded when he returned to Korea. Now, as an adult, Sangmin reappears at their rural inn near Ayutthaya, speaking broken Thai and hiding a secret reason for his return. Dinneaw, now a young man working in the family pottery business, finds himself drawn to the mysterious Korean visitor, despite the language barrier that somehow deepens their connection. Surrounded by a cast of quirky friends and complicated side couples—including the pining Pop and Tor, and the chaotic Riktor and Guy—Sangmin and Dinneaw must navigate their rekindled feelings, family pressures, and a hidden medical crisis. Set against the stunning backdrop of ancient temples and riverside markets, this miniseries blends heartfelt romance, laugh-out-loud comedy, and unexpectedly steamy moments into a uniquely messy but endearing love story.

I absolutely fell in love with Sangmin and Dinneaw! Their language barrier made every scene so tender—when Sangmin struggles to say 'I miss you' in Thai, my heart melted. The Uncut intimate scenes are tastefully done and full of passion. Yes, the side plots are chaotic, but I watched for the main couple and they delivered perfection. Highly recommend for hopeless romantics!

Pop and Tor stole my heart completely! Their friends-with-benefits tension was brutal and beautiful—I cried during Pop's pining scenes. And Riktor and Guy? Absolutely unhinged in the best way. The cucumber squatting scene had me in stitches. I wish the show gave them more screen time, but they made the series memorable for me.

This series is a mess. The tone swings wildly from campy comedy to dark melodrama without warning. The amnesia plot is ridiculously convenient, and the medical inaccuracies pulled me out of every emotional moment. Sangmin's actor did his best, but the script gave him nothing consistent to work with. I finished it out of obligation, not enjoyment.

Visually, this is one of the prettiest BLs I've seen. The Ayutthaya temples, the pottery workshop, the Loy Krathong festival scenes—every frame is postcard-worthy. The color grading captures both the warmth of rural Thailand and the coldness of Sangmin's past. Costumes, especially the traditional Thai outfits, are gorgeous. The cinematography alone makes it worth watching.

I appreciate that the main couple practices good communication and consent, especially in episode 5. However, I'm deeply uncomfortable with how non-consensual touching by side characters is played for laughs, especially the boss-assistant dynamic with Sainam and Pony. The show also glosses over past child abuse and uses medical coercion in a troubling way. It's a mixed bag—enjoyable but needs content warnings.
