Set within the hallowed halls of Saint Laurence Academy, this provocative 8-episode web series blurs the lines between virtue and taboo. The story follows Do Yu Min, a brilliant but emotionally isolated student, who finds himself caught in a dangerous love triangle between two teachers: the enigmatic nurse and the charismatic Japanese language instructor. What begins as a forbidden attraction quickly spirals into a web of manipulation, secret recordings, and psychological games—all captured through an innovative blend of vlog-style confessionals and hidden camera footage. As secrets from the past resurface, viewers are pulled into a tense exploration of power, consent, and the messy, raw edges of desire. With its atmospheric school setting and painfully natural performances, Saint Laurence Academy dares to ask what happens when 'goodness' becomes a cage and 'taboo' becomes the only escape. Brace yourself for a short but intense emotional rollercoaster that refuses to offer easy answers.

I appreciate the attempt to explore taboo, but the power dynamics here are genuinely harmful. A student groomed by two teachers, non-consensual recording, and manipulation passed off as romance? The visuals are nice, but I can't root for anyone when the 'love' is built on abuse. We need to stop romanticizing this.

There's a kernel of a good idea in the vlog-meets-spy-cam concept, but the execution is a mess. The timeline jumps around, the love triangle makes no logical sense, and the ghost story in episode 5 felt completely out of place. The main lead carries the show, but even he can't fix the incoherent script.

This is one of the most visually daring K-BL web series I've seen. The handheld vlog segments and hidden camera shots give it an almost documentary realism. The color grading is moody and deliberate, and some sequences feel like art pieces. It's confusing and the story needed more clarity, but I was never bored.

Ignore the haters—the chemistry between Do Yu Min and the Japanese teacher is off the charts! Their scenes together feel so raw and real, like watching a secret YouTube vlog of two people falling in love despite everything. Yes, it's messy and problematic, but that's what makes it compelling. I cried during their rooftop scene.
