Inspector Thiartha is a dedicated but perpetually unlucky police officer whose life takes a chaotic turn when his mother delivers an ultimatum: get married within six months to someone born on Monday, October 13, or face her relentless matchmaking. Desperate to avoid her schemes, Thiartha strikes a contract marriage with a sharp-tongued stranger who fits the peculiar birthday requirement—but their arrangement is anything but simple. As they navigate a six-month countdown to divorce, the inspector finds himself clashing with his new spouse at every turn, from awkward cohabitation to meddling colleagues. But when their fake relationship starts blurring the lines between convenience and genuine care, Thiartha must decide if his heart can handle a love that was never part of the plan. Packed with laugh-out-loud comedy, tender slow-burn romance, and a workplace backdrop full of eccentric characters, *Police in Love* delivers a fresh twist on the enemies-to-lovers and contract marriage tropes. With stellar chemistry from War Wanarat and Yin Anan Wong, this Thai BL is a delightful ride of unexpected emotions and second chances.

I’ve been waiting for War and Yin to reunite, and they absolutely delivered! Their bickering-to-loving chemistry is off the charts, and the contract marriage plot is hilarious. Every scene together made me smile—definitely my new comfort BL.

The romance is sweet and the leads have charm, but the police procedural side feels rushed and underdeveloped. A few too many convenient coincidences for my taste. Still, if you just want fluff, it's enjoyable.

The cinematography surprised me—lovely warm tones during their domestic scenes and crisp blues in the police station. The lighting really sells the mood shift from enemies to lovers. War and Yin are shot beautifully.

I appreciate that the contract marriage trope is handled with clear boundaries and ongoing consent. Both characters communicate their feelings as the relationship progresses, which is refreshing. No toxic power dynamics—just two people growing together.

The soundtrack is stuck in my head! The main theme captures the playful yet heartfelt vibe perfectly, and the instrumental cues during their emotional scenes really amplify the tension. I’ve been streaming it on repeat.
