I am OBSESSED with both couples! The male leads have this electric enemies-to-lovers tension that makes my heart race, and the lesbian couple is just as compelling—strong, vulnerable, and unapologetically in love. Finally a BL that doesn't shy away from action! The chase scenes, a brutal fight in an evidence room, and the suspenseful infiltration of a politician's estate had me on the edge. The horror flairs (especially the eerie sound design) made it feel like a thriller movie. I wish there were more gunfights, but what we got was solid.

I loved seeing both gay and lesbian leads, but the show occasionally glorifies reckless behavior in the name of romance. One of the male leads uses coercion early on, which wasn't addressed enough for my taste. The female couple handles boundaries better. Great representation, but the consent messaging could be stronger.
