When novelist Hyeon U, struggling with writer's block and the weight of societal expectations, stumbles into a local gym, he doesn't expect to find his next story—or a spark that could rewrite his entire life. Enter the ever-smiling, overly enthusiastic personal trainer, who seems determined to get Hyeon U both physically fit and emotionally unguarded. What begins as awkward training sessions and playful banter slowly evolves into a tender, earnest romance that challenges them both. This 6-episode Korean miniseries is a sweet, low-stakes love story that emphasizes the importance of self-acceptance and standing up against casual homophobia. While its short runtime and modest production values may not blow you away, the genuine chemistry between the leads and the series' heartfelt moments make it a comforting, bite-sized watch for fans of gentle, slice-of-life BL.

I absolutely adored the chemistry between Su Bin and Kim Do Ha! Their flirty smiles and soft glances made my heart flutter. Sure, the kisses weren't perfect, but the last episode made up for it. Just wish it were longer!

Honestly, this was a mess. The editing is choppy, the sound levels jump randomly, and don't get me started on the disappearing weights during the gym scene. The leads try hard but the execution is just too sloppy for me to enjoy.

I appreciated how the show handled homophobia—the protagonist's calm but firm rebuttal was a highlight. However, the 'dead fish' kiss and awkward body language in the final scene made me question the actors' comfort. Progress, but room for improvement in portraying authentic intimacy.

The background music had some really nice, mellow tracks that fit the romantic tone, but the abrupt cuts and volume drops were jarring. It felt like the sound team ran out of time. With better mixing, the OST could have elevated the whole experience.

There are a few nicely framed shots—especially the first episode's opening scene—but the constant appearance of the microphone and inconsistent lighting broke the immersion. The hair continuity error (trainer's hair changing mid-scene) was laughably distracting. Needs polish.
