I stumbled upon this little gem and I'm so glad I did. The way Paul looks at Ken says everything words can't. It's heartbreakingly beautiful. Even though it's short, I felt every ounce of his longing and the ache of saying goodbye. A must-watch for anyone who loves pure, emotional BL.

The lighting and framing are surprisingly polished for a short film from 2012. I loved how the camera lingers on small details—the raindrops, the empty street—to mirror Paul's loneliness. It's a visual poem. Not groundbreaking, but a lovely piece of indie cinema.

I get the emotional intent, but honestly, the plot is too thin. We barely see why Paul is so attached to Ken, and the dialogue feels a bit stilted. For a film about a last meeting, there's not enough tension or payoff. It's fine for a student project, but as a BL fan, I wanted more substance.

I appreciate that this film shows a gay relationship without tragedy or overt suffering, focusing instead on emotional growth. However, the power dynamic—Paul always chasing Ken—could have been explored more critically. It's a step forward for its time, but modern viewers might want deeper commentary on consent and self-respect.

The title 'Nessun Dorma' (an aria from Turandot) is a clever choice—the haunting melody lingers in the background and perfectly underscores Paul's inner turmoil. The music is sparse but effective. I wish there had been an original score, but the sound design still elevates the emotion.
