I am absolutely obsessed with the main couple! Their chemistry is off the charts—every longing look and accidental touch gave me butterflies. The fake relationship trope is my favorite, and this series executed it perfectly with just the right amount of angst and sweetness. I binged it in two days!

The romance is cute, but I couldn't ignore some glaring plot holes in the mafia logic. Why would a seasoned mob boss not check his son's boyfriend's background more thoroughly? The pacing dragged in the middle episodes. Still, the ending redeemed it somewhat, and the emotional payoff was decent. If you can overlook the inconsistencies, it's a fun ride.

Visually, this is one of the prettiest Thai BLs I've seen. The color grading—warm golds for romantic scenes, cold blues for mafia confrontations—really sets the mood. The director uses shadows and framing to enhance the tension between the leads. I'd watch it again just for the cinematography.

The fake relationship starts as a business deal, but both characters clearly communicate boundaries and check in with each other. It's a refreshing example of how BL can be both steamy and respectful.
