I’m a sucker for any gender-bender romance, and this one delivered! JC Lopez is absolutely adorable as Charlie—the way he dances and blushes makes my heart flutter. The main couple’s journey from confusion to sweet affection kept me smiling. Sure, it drags a bit, but the chemistry makes it all worth it.

The cast is fantastic (especially Kaleb Ong), but the writing is a mess. The transformation serves no real purpose—Charlie could have been a jerk from the start without the gender swap. The middle episodes are pure filler, with unrequited love repeated to exhaustion. A tighter edit would have helped.

Visually, this is one of the better low-budget Pinoy BLs. The seaside resort is gorgeous, and the drone shots add a dreamy quality. JC Lopez’s playful dance scenes are wonderfully framed. However, the repetitive intro and dragged-out credits hurt the viewing experience. A cinematography geek’s mixed blessing.

I appreciate the attempt to discuss fluid love and identity, but the execution is clumsy. The message that 'anyone can love anyone' ignores real-world orientations—Kajo’s sudden shift feels unearned. Also worrying: all trans-coded characters end up alone. Entertaining but socially shallow.

I only kept watching for Felix and Kajo! Their angsty, one-sided pining broke my heart, and Kaleb Ong’s acting is mesmerizing. The main couple was cute but repetitive. If they had given the side couple more screen time and a proper buildup, this would have been a 10 for me.
