I am completely wrecked in the best way. Jingjing's journey from broken ex-star to someone who dares to hope again had me sobbing. The actors' micro-expressions are everything—every flinch, every lingering look. This is slow-burn done right. If you love a good cry and a payoff that feels earned, watch this.

The premise is great, but the pacing drags in the middle episodes. Some of the side plots feel rushed, and the villain's motivations are a bit cartoonish. That said, the leads carry the emotional weight well, and the finale hits hard. I'd call it a good drama, not a great one.

This is easily one of the most beautifully shot Thai BLs I've seen. The color palette shifts from cold, muted blues during the scandal flashbacks to warm golden tones as Jingjing heals. Every scene is composed like a photograph. The directing team deserves an award for visual storytelling alone.

Having devoured the web novel three times, I was worried about changes. They streamlined some side character arcs and added a new conflict in episode 10 that wasn't in the book, but the core love story and Jingjing's internal monologue are faithfully translated. I'm satisfied, though I miss a few of my favorite book-only scenes.

I appreciate the show's attempt to tackle slander and mental health, but I wish it went deeper on consent in the entertainment industry. The producer character sometimes pushes boundaries under the guise of 'helping' Jingjing, and it's never fully called out. For a show set in a post-#MeToo world, this felt like a missed opportunity for a stronger social message.
