Love Enemy is a bite-sized Thai BL miniseries that packs a surprising amount of heart into its two-episode run. Meet Chalam, a handsome and seemingly cool college student who tutors to make ends meet. His perfectly ordered life gets turned upside down by Than, his annoyingly charming next-door neighbor who seems to take pleasure in pushing every single one of Chalam's buttons. Their days are filled with petty bickering, playful pranks, and an undeniable tension that neither wants to admit. What starts as pure annoyance slowly unravels into a secret, long-held crush – because beneath all the fighting, both have been smitten with the other since childhood. With a cast of just a few supporting friends, this series focuses entirely on the push-and-pull of two stubborn hearts learning to stop fighting and start feeling. It’s a sweet, fluffy, and surprisingly earnest story about the thin line between love and hate, perfect for when you want a quick, feel-good romance that gets straight to the emotional point.

Okay, I know it's only two episodes, but I absolutely melted. The way Chalam and Than bicker but clearly care for each other – it's my favorite trope. Boy and Fiat have such natural chemistry that I smiled the whole time. Yes, it's short, but it left me feeling warm and happy. More please!

Honestly, this felt more like a pilot than a complete series. The plot is paper-thin, and the misunderstanding that keeps them apart is so petty it's frustrating. The music was also jarring – one scene literally has a character walking up with a microphone to sing. Cute moments, but not enough substance to recommend.

I wanted to love the soundtrack, but the background music felt very amateur – like they recorded a friend singing karaoke and slapped it on. Some of the emotional scenes would have hit harder with better scoring. The leads' voices in the theme song were nice though. Overall, a decent quick watch but the audio held it back.

For a short series, the power dynamic is fairly balanced – both are equally stubborn and pushy. No red flags, just playful teasing. I appreciated that they both clearly had mutual crushes and the 'fighting' was more banter than toxic. It's harmless and sweet, but I wish the resolution had a bit more emotional maturity.

Visually, it's surprisingly well-shot for a low-budget web series. The lighting in the nighttime scenes and the close-ups during their bickering are quite charming. Could have used more dynamic camera movement, but the color grading gives it a warm, cozy feel that matches the romance. A treat for the eyes, even if the plot is minimal.
