I'm absolutely obsessed with Jae Min and Khun! Their scenes are pure serotonin—the language barrier, Khun's awkward Korean, Jae Min's adorable smile every time he's near him... It's everything I wanted. The main couple's constant misunderstandings got a bit exhausting, but I’ll forgive it because the second couple carries the show on their shoulders. Episode 6 broke me, though!

My heart can't take Hyeon Jae and Su An's reunion scenes. The pining, the 'what ifs,' the way they can't stop looking at each other even years later—it's painfully beautiful. I only wish the episodes were longer because 20 minutes flies by. But the acting is so genuine; I felt every tear and every suppressed smile. Definitely a slow burn that pays off.

I wanted to love it, but the main couple's storyline feels recycled from every second-chance idol romance out there. The constant back-and-forth and lack of clear communication frustrated me. The second couple is cute, but the editing jerks between their fluffy dates and the main couple's angsty fights so abruptly it gave me whiplash. Decent production values, but the writing needs tightening.

Visually, this drama is a feast. The lighting during the backstage scenes, the soft focus on the rooftop confession, and the color grading that shifts from cold blues in the present to warm ambers in the flashbacks—it all tells the story without words. Even the dance practice shots are choreographed beautifully with the camera. A masterclass in how to make a web drama look cinematic.

I appreciate that the drama acknowledges the power imbalance in the idol industry—Hyeon Jae's contract forbids dating, and Su An is left in the dark for years. It raises real questions about agency versus ambition. However, I wish the show spent more time unpacking those dynamics instead of falling into miscommunication tropes. The second couple handles cultural and language differences with more maturity. Decent, but room for growth.
