In the vibrant heart of Manila, Mario (Jomari Angeles) is a sweet, old-fashioned romantic who values sincerity over style. At a lively dinner party, he locks eyes with Jethro (Andrew Gan), a charismatic, fashion-forward New Yorker visiting the Philippines. Despite their contrasting worlds—Mario's cautious heart versus Jethro's bold confidence—a spark ignites, and they quickly fall into a whirlwind romance. But when Jethro must return to New York, the distance and their own insecurities threaten to pull them apart. What follows is a bittersweet journey of longing, missed connections, and the painful lessons that come with loving someone across time and space. With a colorful cast of friends, family, and unexpected rivals, *Limited Edition* explores whether timing and ego can ever be conquered for a love that feels like a once-in-a-lifetime find. A uniquely Filipino spin on the classic tale of star-crossed lovers.

I actually enjoyed this more than the average rating suggests. Yes, Mario and Jethro are messy and make dumb choices, but isn't that real love? I cried during the airport scene and rooted for them until the end. The soundtrack hits right in the feels too.

The plot is held together by duct tape and wishful thinking. Mario pines for a guy he barely knows for THREE years, then ditches his wonderful boyfriend Arnold to chase a man with a terminal illness? The logic gaps are painful. The only saving grace is Ron Angeles' charisma.

This series tries to teach life lessons but ends up romanticizing toxicity. Jethro's initial behavior is borderline harassment, and Mario's inability to communicate is frustrating. The moral seems to be 'ignore red flags if you're in love.' Not a healthy message for young viewers.

The OST and background music are the unsung heroes of this show. Every emotional beat is elevated by the score—I still have a couple of songs on my playlist. Too bad the script couldn't match the musical quality. Still, it's worth watching for the audio experience alone.

I only kept watching for Ron Angeles' Arnold. He has this gentle, magnetic presence that makes you wish he were the lead. The few scenes with Chona and Arnold had more chemistry than the entire main romance. If they spin off a series for them, I'd watch that in a heartbeat.
