In this breathtaking 13-minute short film that bridges the gap between the acclaimed series ‘I Told Sunset About You’ and ‘I Promised You the Moon,’ we join Teh (Billkin Putthipong) and Oh-aew (PP Krit) on their last day together in Phuket before Oh-aew leaves for university in Bangkok. As they ride through the sun-drenched streets and revisit the landmarks that shaped their childhood and blossoming romance—the red-walled school, the quiet beach, the beloved noodle shop—Teh captures each moment with his camera, while Oh-aew feels the bittersweet weight of saying goodbye not just to a place, but to his younger self. The film’s stunning cinematography bathes every frame in golden light and deep blues, echoing the emotional transition from watching the sunset to looking at the moon. With gentle touches, lingering glances, and Teh’s first whispered ‘I love you,’ this is a poignant, hopeful chapter that honors the past while gently foreshadowing the challenges of growing up and growing together. It’s a masterclass in visual storytelling and a must-watch for anyone who fell in love with Teh and Oh-aew’s story.

I've watched this short film five times already, and it never fails to make me tear up. The way they use light and shadow to mirror the transition from childhood to adulthood is pure genius. Every frame could be a painting. A masterclass in visual storytelling.

As a hopeless romantic, this short film gave me everything I wanted—Teh finally saying 'I love you,' the soft hugs, the way they hold hands so naturally. It’s like watching real love unfold. I feel so full after watching it.

I get why fans adore this, but as a standalone narrative, it's essentially a 13-minute montage of places we already know. The emotional weight relies entirely on your attachment to the characters from ITSAY. Without that context, there's not much plot here.

The music in this short film is everything! When the piano version of 'Phuket Love' started playing during the beach scene, I completely lost it. The score amplifies every bittersweet moment so perfectly. I've been humming it for days.

I appreciate how this short film shows a healthy, out-and-proud relationship in Phuket. There's no hiding, no shame—just two boys being softly affectionate in public. It’s a beautiful example of consent and comfort in a same-sex relationship, especially important for young viewers.
