Pond is a man obsessed with his own reflection, surrounding himself with an ever-growing collection of mirrors. One day, a clumsy stumble sends him crashing through one of his treasured mirrors, and he finds himself inexplicably transported into the sickroom of Mawin, an old friend he hasn't seen in years. Mawin is confined to his bed, battling a mysterious illness that has left him isolated and disconnected from the world. What begins as a bizarre accident quickly turns into a heartfelt mission as Pond decides to help Mawin reclaim the life he's lost. Together, they embark on a journey to fulfill a list of long-abandoned wishes, from simple joys to deeper emotional truths. This tender short-form Thai BL blends magical realism with a quiet, emotional core—exploring self-love, sacrifice, and the bonds that transcend time. Though compact at only two episodes, it delivers a story about finding beauty in imperfection and the courage to step outside one's own reflection.

I absolutely loved the sweet moments between Pond and Mawin. Their connection felt genuine, and watching Pond go out of his way to make Mawin happy melted my heart. Sure, the plot could have been deeper, but for a short series, it delivered all the feels I needed.

The mirror was such a wasted plot device. I went in expecting magical realism, but it never went anywhere beyond introducing the dreams. The story tried to be emotional but fell flat due to rushed pacing and underdeveloped characters. Still, I could see the effort, and the message of helping someone was nice.

I found the real-life age gap between the actors distracting – Pond's actor is 44 while his character is supposedly 29. It raises questions about power dynamics and representation. Also, Mawin's illness and isolation felt glossed over. The intention was sweet, but the execution lacked thoughtfulness.

The mirror scenes were beautifully shot – soft lighting, reflective surfaces, and dreamy transitions. The visual storytelling was the highlight for me. Unfortunately, the weak script couldn't match the cinematography's potential. Still, it's a pretty watch if you appreciate mood and atmosphere.
