When wedding singer Seung Jun opens his mouth to perform, his voice is nothing short of angelic—but offstage, he's a ghost of the man he used to be. Haunted by a toxic past relationship that left him with panic disorder and crushing anxiety, Seung Jun has shut himself off from the world, numbly going through the motions as a vocal coach and part-time performer. Enter Jae Hyun, the charming owner of a cozy café who is instantly captivated by Seung Jun's voice and determined to break through his walls. What follows is a tender, music-filled journey of healing as Jae Hyun gently pursues a man who has forgotten how to let anyone in. Adapted from a beloved webtoon, this short but emotionally resonant K-BL balances raw mental health struggles with sweet, earned romance—proving that even broken hearts can learn to sing again.

I came for Byun Sung Tae and stayed for the music and the tears. Seung Jun's voice absolutely wrecked me, and the way Jae Hyun looks at him? My heart melted. Yes, it's short, but every minute is packed with emotion and those kisses are no joke. A little gem that deserves more love!

The story is a mess of too many characters and not enough time. The ex-boyfriend and best friend plot points are introduced but never properly resolved—it feels like watching a highlight reel of a much longer drama. The leads have good chemistry, but the rushed pacing and time skip robbed me of any real emotional investment.

I wanted to love this, but I couldn't ignore how Jae Hyun repeatedly ignores Seung Jun's obvious discomfort—showing up at his home unannounced, cornering him at work. That's not romantic, it's boundary-crossing. The mental health rep is surface-level at best, and I wish the best friend's supportive presence had been the focus instead.

I'm a total sucker for BLs with great OSTs, and this one delivers. The wedding singer concept lets the leads show off their real voices, and the final song gave me chills. Even with the pacing flaws, the music carries the emotional weight perfectly. I've had 'To You' on repeat for weeks.

Visually, the wedding venue and café scenes are gorgeous—soft lighting, warm tones, and the actors are easy on the eyes. But the editing is choppy (especially episode 4's sudden night jump) and the cinematography lacks the polish of longer K-BLs. Still, for a low-budget short, it has some genuinely beautiful frames.
