Based on the beloved manga by Kizu Natsuki, *Given* brings its soul-stirring story to live-action Thailand. The series follows Mafuyu, a shy and emotionally wounded college student who stumbles into a world of music after meeting Ritsuka, a talented guitarist. Despite carrying the heavy weight of a past tragedy, Mafuyu finds his voice—literally—as he becomes the lead singer of their newly formed band. Through rehearsals, late-night jam sessions, and the slow, tender unraveling of their feelings, the drama explores how music can heal the deepest scars and how love can bloom from shared vulnerability. With beautiful original songs, nuanced performances, and a heartfelt focus on found family, *Given* is a quiet, powerful story about learning to live again and letting someone hear your song. This adaptation stays true to the manga's emotional depth while adding its own Thai charm, making it a must-watch for fans of musical romance and coming-of-age stories.

I cried so much during the concert scene. The way Mafuyu's voice breaks and then finds strength again is beyond beautiful. This is exactly the kind of slow-burn, healing romance I needed. The leads have such soft chemistry.

As a huge fan of the original manga, I was nervous. They changed a few small scenes and the pacing felt a bit rushed in the middle, but the core emotional beats are all there. The Thai cast did a surprisingly good job capturing the characters' essence, especially Music as Mafuyu.

The original soundtrack is a masterpiece. Every song fits the narrative perfectly, and the acoustic versions they play during practice? Chills. I've had 'Tomodachi' on repeat for weeks. If you're an OST lover like me, this drama is pure gold.

I came for the main couple but stayed for Akihiko and Haruki. Their dynamic is so complex and messy—perfect second-couple material. Even though their screen time is limited, the tension and eventual soft moments hit me harder than expected. I need more of them!

I appreciated how the show handled consent and boundaries, especially in the early relationship. Ritsuka is always careful to check in with Mafuyu before touching him or pushing him emotionally. That said, I wish the trauma recovery felt a bit more realistic instead of being resolved so neatly by the finale.
