When Easter transfers to a university in northern Thailand hoping to leave the ghosts of a messy breakup behind, the last thing he expects is to find his ex, Hill, waiting for him as a senior student. As Easter and Hill cautiously navigate their unresolved feelings, Easter's bubbly roommate North gets entangled with Hill's enigmatic friend Johan—a wealthy, possessive medical student who has been secretly pining after North for years. What begins as a debt-driven arrangement between Johan and North slowly blossoms into something deeper, forcing both couples to confront past hurts, miscommunication, and what it truly means to choose love again. With a warm ensemble of friends and a university backdrop, *Fourever You* balances second-chance romance with a slow-burn tale of devotion, all while teasing the stories of two more couples waiting in the wings.

I came for Pond and Earth but I stayed for Maxky and Bas. Johan and North have my entire heart—every glance, every touch, that cafe kiss??? I've rewatched it at least ten times. Yes, the plot is messy and Hill/Ter drive me crazy, but the chemistry between these two is so electric I didn't care. If you love a good possessive-but-soft rich boy falling for a sunshine cinnamon roll, this is your show.

Honestly, Johan and North are the reason this show has any replay value. Their story is angsty, toxic in the best way, and then beautifully redeemed. I love that Johan waited three years—that kind of pining hits different. The money-for-kisses dynamic made me uncomfortable at first, but the way they grow past it felt earned. Hill/Ter? Complete skip. Give me more of the second couple any day.

This series is a textbook case of wasted potential. Hill and Ter's storyline repeats the same misunderstanding loop for twelve episodes—they kiss, then act like they're not together, then kiss again. It's infuriating. Even Johan and North's arc, while carried by amazing chemistry, makes zero logical sense (buying out a coffee shop just to fire someone? Really?). The editing is choppy, the sound effects are cringe, and the pacing is glacial. Only watch if you can tolerate a lot of filler.

I read the novel before the show aired, and the adaptation changes hurt. Hill and Ter's backstory in the book was much more coherent—here, it feels like whole scenes were cut, leaving gaping logic holes (how did Ter not realize Hill was the masked guy?). Johan and North stayed closer to the source material, but the financial coercion was even more disturbing in the novel. The drama sands down the edges, but loses some of the raw emotional punch. A mixed bag for book fans.
