I loved the soft, dreamy vibe of this film. The chemistry between He Sen and Lin Feng is understated but so heartfelt. Seeing two men navigate emotional vulnerability without loud drama felt incredibly refreshing. It's a quiet gem.

The concept of shared dreams is intriguing, but the execution is muddled. Scenes jump without clear transitions, and the characters' motivations feel vague. It's more of a mood piece than a coherent story, which might not satisfy everyone.

For a short film from 2013, the visual storytelling is surprisingly beautiful. The soft lighting, blurred edges between dreams and reality, and the intimate bedroom shots create a lovely atmosphere. I just wish there were more frames to admire.

As a rare Chinese BL from that era, it deserves credit for depicting same-sex affection without caricature. However, the emotional dynamics are left unexplored—the breakups feel abrupt, and the consent around touching in dreams is ambiguous. A step forward, but cautious.
