I don't care what anyone says—Him and Nail have the most magnetic chemistry I've seen in a BL this year. Nail is a queen who takes no nonsense, and the way Him looks at him melts my heart. The editing is messy, sure, but I'm here for the romance and the gorgeous NSFW scenes. Totally worth it if you're a shipper like me.

This show had a promising start but quickly fell apart. The constant flashbacks, missing scenes, and nonsensical character motivations made me feel like I was watching a rough cut. I can see why people enjoy the leads' chemistry, but as a coherent narrative, it's a failure. Should have been 6 episodes tops.

Chao and Phai's dynamic was honestly my guilty pleasure. Sure, Chao is pushy and Phai is frustratingly closed-off, but there was real angst and potential there. Too bad the writing gave them zero resolution until the very end, and that random new love interest for Te felt tacked on. I still rooted for them, though.

I'm deeply uncomfortable with how this series romanticizes possession and harassment. Him's obsessive behavior is framed as romantic, and Te's stalking and attempted violence are swept under the rug with a quick apology. Also, the constant voyeuristic sex scenes felt gratuitous rather than intimate. BL deserves better representation of healthy love.

Some of the night-time shots and the tattoo parlor scenes had genuine visual flair, but the editing is a trainwreck—jarring jumps, inconsistent hair colors, and episode lengths that fluctuate wildly. The director clearly had an eye for chemistry but not for continuity. A shame, because the cast deserved better production quality.
