In the glittering but suffocating world of K-drama stardom, Hallyu idol Geon U (Kim Chang Min) is buckling under the relentless pressure of sasaeng fans, industry exploitation, and a traumatic past that haunts him. One chaotic night, fleeing a stalker, he crashes into college student Jae Yeon (Kim Chan Kyu), mistaking him for just another fan. But their accidental entanglement quickly deepens into an unexpected connection—Jae Yeon's gentle sincerity cracks Geon U's guarded walls, offering him a glimpse of authentic human warmth. However, as Geon U's fame spirals and his estranged brother resurfaces, their fragile bond is tested by jealousy, family secrets, and the very darkness of celebrity life. This short-form Korean BL is a raw, meta-exploration of fame, trauma, and love against all odds.

I'm just so happy to see Kim Chang Min and Kim Chan Gyu together again after His Man! Their real-life bond shines through every scene, and their kiss felt so natural. Yes, it's cheesy and short, but as pure fan service for us fujoshi, it absolutely delivers. A guilty pleasure I'll rewatch.

The concept had promise—a star collapsing under fame meets a regular guy—but the execution is a mess. Six episodes of 8 minutes each is not enough time to develop a believable romance or resolve major plotlines like the stalker or the brother drama. The rushed time skip and illogical surgery scene made me roll my eyes. Good acting wasted on a poorly edited script.

Visually, this is one of the better short-form BLs I've seen. The lighting in the nighttime scenes and the close-ups on Geon U's exhausted face really sell the oppressive atmosphere of fame. But the constant hair-over-one-eye styling on Jae Yeon frustrated me—it hid his emotional expressions. The directing shows potential, even if the pacing couldn't match the visuals.

I have to applaud this series for casting openly gay actors in a BL—it's a step forward for representation in Korean media. The power dynamics between the famous, traumatized lead and the college student are handled with surprising care, and the show doesn't glamorize the 'dangerous fan' trope. It's not perfect, but for a short indie project, it addresses consent and mental health better than many longer dramas.
