Lee Jun, the cautious owner of a charming flower shop called Jude Flowers, is haunted by the memory of his previous shop's collapse—a disaster sparked by workplace romance. Determined not to let history repeat itself, he becomes overly vigilant when he suspects his two employees, the cheerful part-timer Baek Eun Ho and the dedicated Hye Won, are falling for each other. But in a hilarious twist of fate, a misplaced Polaroid photo leads Eun Ho to believe that Lee Jun himself is secretly in love with him! What follows is a delightful chain of misunderstandings, accidental flirtations, and genuine emotional confusion as Lee Jun tries to maintain order while his own heart begins to bloom. Filmed in a vertical short format perfect for mobile viewing, this 31-episode micro-series wraps heartfelt romance, light comedy, and a refreshingly non-cliché female character into a cozy, feel-good package. With stunning flower-shop visuals and a satisfying ending, *Falling for My Boss* proves that love—and business—can thrive when you least expect it.

I'm a total sucker for workplace romance and this one had me grinning from ear to ear. The way Lee Jun and Eun Ho dance around each other is pure gold—every accidental touch and lingering look felt so real. The flower shop setting just added to the magic. Highly recommend if you want something sweet and short!

Look, it's cute enough but let's be real—31 episodes of under 2 minutes each is a gimmick, not a drama. The misunderstanding plot is stretched thin and the resolution feels rushed. Plus, having to grind popcorn to unlock episodes is frustrating. It's fine for a quick laugh, but don't expect depth.

The vertical format is surprisingly well-utilized here—every shot is composed beautifully, from the warm golden tones in the shop to the close-ups on petals and Polaroid photos. The color palette of soft pinks and greens perfectly mirrors the romance blooming on screen. A visual treat for anyone who appreciates thoughtful framing.

I appreciate that the female character Hye Won is given agency and isn't just a jealous foil—she's a supportive friend. However, the 'non-con picture taking' warning is real and brushed over lightly. The power dynamics between boss and employee aren't deeply examined, but for a fluffy micro-series it handles consent issues better than most.
