Gun Tossakan has spent his entire high school career nursing a secret crush on Bar Sarawat, the popular and seemingly unattainable head hazer. Now a bright and tall medical freshman, Gun finally finds himself at the same university as his longtime love interest. Determined to win Bar's heart, Gun embarks on a persistent (and often boundary-testing) campaign of pursuit, much to Bar's initial confusion and discomfort. This miniseries chronicles the chaotic, cringe-inducing, and surprisingly sweet journey of an obsessive admirer and a reluctant tsundere, all set against the backdrop of faculty rivalries and university life. While the story is undeniably rushed and leans heavily on classic BL tropes, it offers a compact (and controversial) look at one-sided love, consent, and the fine line between devotion and possessiveness.

I honestly loved this! Yes, it's short and messy, but the confession scene made my heart flutter so much. Gun is a bit extra but his devotion to Bar is swoon-worthy. The height difference is adorable, and I'm a sucker for a tsundere love interest who slowly melts. Don't listen to all the hate—just enjoy the fluffy cuteness!

This is one of the most poorly constructed BLs I've ever seen. The plot is non-existent—Gun likes Bar, Bar says no, then suddenly yes with zero development. The acting is wooden, especially from Gun's actor, and the script feels like a first draft. I only finished because it's four episodes, but every minute was painful.

I went in expecting the worst based on other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the consent scene in episode 3. Bar asks Gun to wait, and Gun actually listens—that's rare in BL and very important. That said, Gun's earlier behavior (following Bar, ignoring boundaries) is problematic and not romantic. Mixed feelings, but I'm glad they tried to model healthy intimacy.

The lighting is flat, the camera work is shaky, and the color grading looks like a soap opera from the 90s. For a series that's only four episodes, they could have at least made it visually appealing. Even the wardrobe choices seem random. There's nothing here for someone who appreciates good cinematography.

As someone who read the original novel, I was disappointed. The adaptation cuts out all the charming character development that made Gun's pursuit feel endearing rather than creepy. The book gave Bar more internal conflict. The drama rushes everything and loses the nuance. Stick to the source material if you can find it.
