In the neon-lit heart of Seoul, gaming rookie U Gang steels himself for a night out at a gay club, pushed by curious friends who tease him with wild tales of backroom hookups. What begins as a nervous first-timer's adventure quickly spirals into a hilarious and surprisingly tender comedy of errors. Over three ultra-short episodes, each just four minutes long, the story unfolds from multiple perspectives, revealing a cascade of miscommunications and misunderstandings that leave U Gang questioning everything he thought he knew. From awkward encounters at the bar to a bizarrely romantic run-in involving a popsicle, the series masterfully balances laugh-out-loud moments with genuine emotional warmth. With its clever narrative structure, playful soundtrack, and a cast that radiates genuine charm—led by Yun Ha Yun and Kim Kang U—Dopamine is a quick, addictive burst of queer joy. It’s a love letter to first-time clubgoers, the thrill of the unknown, and the unexpected connections that can happen when you least expect them.

I absolutely adored this! The chemistry between U Gang and that mysterious guy at the club was so cute, even in just 12 minutes. The kiss scene had me smiling like an idiot. Yes, it's short, but it's packed with so much heart and humor. Definitely a comfort watch for me.

Look, I get the appeal—it's short and funny. But the 'different perspectives' gimmick felt underdeveloped. The ending just stops without a real payoff. It's more of a skit than a drama. And why was there a random popsicle scene? That was just weird.

I appreciated that the show treated the club as a fun, safe space for queer exploration. However, the bathroom rumor and the subsequent 'misunderstanding' could be read as trivializing consent. I wish they had leaned more into the actual communication instead of just laughing it off. Still, it's nice to see a lighthearted Korean BL.

For a micro-budget web series, the neon lighting and club atmosphere were surprisingly well-captured. The color grading gave it that dreamy, hazy vibe. But the camera work felt a bit static—they could've done more with the tight space. Still, visually pleasing for a quick watch.
