Lee-ith is a dreamer with one goal: to make it big as an indie rock musician. His obsession with music leaves little room for academics, much to his mother's dismay. Desperate to get him on track, she transfers him to a prestigious school that has just opened its doors to male students for the first time. Lee-ith expects to hate the strict environment, but instead finds himself drawn to a surprising new rhythm—one that involves a quiet, studious classmate who challenges his every assumption. Between chaotic band practice, unexpected friendships, and the fluttering uncertainty of first love, Lee-ith must decide if his future is a solo act or a duet. Based on a novel by JittiRain, this 8-episode miniseries is a sweet and funny coming-of-age romance that proves the most important lessons happen outside the classroom.

I absolutely fell in love with Lee-ith and his quiet crush! The way they slowly grow closer feels so genuine and sweet. The music scenes are adorable, and I smiled through almost every episode. A perfect fluffy escape!

Cute but predictable. The side characters are underdeveloped, and the conflict around transferring schools is resolved too easily. I wanted more depth, especially since it’s based on a JittiRain novel—her other adaptations had stronger pacing.

The cinematography really captures that nostalgic high school feel—soft lighting, warm colors, and a great use of music in montages. The indie rock scenes are visually dynamic, and the leads have a natural chemistry. A visual treat.

As a fan of JittiRain’s novel, I was happy they kept the core charm and humor. Some subplots were cut for time, and the side couple got less screen time than I hoped, but the main romance is faithfully adapted. Good for fans of the book.

I appreciate how the series handles consent and boundaries in a school setting. The leads respect each other’s space, and there’s no toxic drama—just two teens figuring out their feelings. A refreshingly healthy portrayal for a BL.
