Cityboy_Log Vol.2: Seoul picks up right where Vol.1 left off, diving deeper into the lives of a group of young men navigating friendship, romance, and self-discovery against the vibrant backdrop of Seoul. Framed as a candid vlog, this volume balances heart-fluttering moments with genuine emotional stakes—our leads grow closer through shared adventures, late-night conversations, and the occasional unexpected drama. The romance takes center stage, delivering two solid kisses that fans of the first volume craved, while still honoring the show's signature slice-of-life warmth. Though a few playful bromance moments remain, the plot thickens with a clearer narrative arc, making each of its five episodes feel purposeful. Perfect for viewers who want a quick, sweet, and visually charming BL that feels like a real travel diary with a love story at its core.

I am absolutely in love with this volume! The chemistry is off the charts, and that kiss scene? I rewatched it five times. It's sweet, it's real, and it makes my heart flutter. This is exactly the kind of BL I crave—short, beautiful, and full of feeling. Perfect weekend watch.

As a cinematography nerd, I was blown away by how the vlog format is used so creatively. The lighting in the night scenes, the framing of group shots, and the way Seoul looks like a dream—it's all gorgeous. The handheld feel adds authenticity without being nauseating. Visual storytelling at its best in a short BL.

It's definitely an improvement over Vol.1—the romance actually gets room to breathe and there's a clearer arc. But I still felt some filler bromance scenes that didn't add much. The ending felt a bit rushed too. Still, for five episodes, it's well-paced and the main couple's story is genuinely sweet. A solid 7/10.

The music in Vol.2 is underrated! The background tracks perfectly capture the mood of each scene—upbeat during the travel montages, softer during the romantic moments. There's a particular acoustic guitar piece that plays during the confession scene that I immediately added to my playlist. Really enhances the whole experience.

I appreciate how this volume handles the budding relationship with clear consent and mutual respect. There are no problematic power dynamics—just two people navigating their feelings in a natural, age-appropriate way. It’s refreshing to see a BL that prioritizes emotional honesty over manufactured drama. Great representation for young LGBTQ+ viewers.
