In the high-pressure world of corporate Thailand, the office of a prestigious firm operates under one ironclad rule: employees are strictly forbidden from dating one another. But what happens when the person breaking that rule is the boss himself? 'Can I Love You?' is a tender, slow-burn romance that explores the delicate dance between power and vulnerability. When the charismatic and reserved CEO (Folk Touch Inthirat) finds himself falling for a bright, hardworking junior employee (Top Surachet Loetwatthanasakun), the line between professional authority and personal desire blurs. Every stolen glance behind closed doors, every whispered conversation in the break room, and every close call with nosy colleagues builds an intoxicating tension. This series isn't just about the thrill of secret meetings; it's a heartfelt journey about risking everything—career, reputation, and heart—for a love that defies the rules. With stunning chemistry and a nuanced portrayal of queer workplace dynamics, 'Can I Love You?' delivers both the swooning sweetness of new love and the angsty weight of forbidden attraction. A must-watch for fans of office romances and emotional storytelling.

I absolutely melted watching this! The way the boss looks at his employee—those longing gazes during meetings—it’s pure BL magic. Folk and Top have insane chemistry, and every time they almost get caught, my heart raced. If you love secret office romances, this is your new obsession!

I wanted to love it, but the pacing drags in the middle episodes. The office politics feel recycled from other Thai BLs, and the side characters are underdeveloped. The main couple is cute, but the plot relies too much on 'almost caught' clichés. Still, the ending is satisfying enough.

I appreciate that the show addresses the power imbalance head-on—the boss constantly checks in on consent and boundaries. That said, some secret-keeping choices feel ethically gray. It's refreshing to see a BL that doesn't romanticize coercion, but I wish the junior employee had more agency in decision-making.

Visually, this series is a treat! The soft lighting in the office after hours, the color palette shifting from cold blues to warm ambers as the romance blooms—cinematography really elevates the storytelling. The close-ups during the confession scene are absolutely stunning. One of the better-looking Thai BLs this year.

The soundtrack is gorgeous! That acoustic guitar theme that plays during their secret meetings perfectly captures the nervous excitement. The main OST song lyrics are so fitting—'Rules can't stop my heart.' I've had it on repeat for days. Music lovers, don't skip this!
