Picking up right where the main series left off, *Business as Usual Special* is the sweet, satisfying dessert fans have been craving. As Min Jun and Jin Hwan approach their one-year anniversary, the couple navigates the tender, often tricky territory of building a life together. Jin Hwan surprises Min Jun with a proposal to move in, but Min Jun’s lingering insecurities bubble to the surface, threatening to overshadow their celebration. Over the course of a single, beautifully intimate evening—complete with a homemade cake, heartfelt confessions, and quiet laughter—the two finally give voice to the love they’ve struggled to express. This 20-minute special is a masterclass in showing healthy communication and emotional vulnerability, wrapping up the duo’s journey with the warmth and nuance fans felt the finale lacked. It’s a must-watch for anyone who believes that sometimes the most powerful love stories are told in the small, quiet moments of commitment and understanding.

This special is everything I needed. The way Min Jun and Jin Hwan finally say 'I love you' to each other had me in tears. It's just 20 minutes of pure, soft, domestic fluff and I wouldn't change a thing. If this had been the real finale, the whole series would be a 10/10.

I appreciate the sweet moments, but I'm still frustrated with how little growth Min Jun shows. He's still insecure and gets angry about it, and I don't feel confident they'll stay happy long-term. It's a nice epilogue, but it needed more substantial development to earn that happy ending.

I love that this special models open communication about moving in together and emotional vulnerability. The way Jin Hwan gently addresses Min Jun's fears without pressure is refreshing. However, I wish we'd seen Min Jun take more active steps to work on his insecurities rather than just being comforted.

The cinematography in this special is stunning. Soft candlelight, warm color grading, and intimate close-ups make every frame feel like a love letter. The way the camera lingers on their hands touching or the glow of the anniversary cake really sells their connection without a single word.

The background music in this special perfectly enhances the emotional tone. The gentle piano swell when they finally say 'I love you' gave me chills. It's subtle but effective, making those quiet moments feel monumental. I wish the soundtrack were released separately!
