In the heart of Seoul's vibrant busking scene, Bum Soo is a struggling musician with a soulful voice and a dream to make authentic music, not just commercial hits. When he meets Hyun Woo—a quiet, persistent fan who seems to understand his artistry—a tender connection blossoms through shared melodies and stolen glances. But as producer Hee Jin pushes Bum Soo toward stardom, the lines between mentorship and manipulation blur, and Hyun Woo's mysterious past threatens to shatter their fragile bond. This 45-minute Korean film by Strongberry is a heartfelt exploration of self-discovery, artistic integrity, and the courage to love openly. With original music performed by the lead actor and a beautifully understated romance, *As If You Whisper* proves that sometimes the most profound connections are found in the quietest moments. It's a rare, uplifting queer Korean story that celebrates happiness over tragedy.

This film made my heart so full! The way Bum Soo and Hyun Woo connect through music and shy glances is everything I want in a BL. Their chemistry is off the charts, and the ending had me smiling for hours. Pure love.

I'm a sucker for original scores, and 'As If You Whisper' delivers beautifully. The main song is hauntingly simple, and the lead actor's voice is so emotive. I just wish the recording quality in a few scenes was a bit more polished to match the emotional weight.

The vibe is sweet, but the story leaves way too many questions unanswered. Why does Hyun Woo ghost Bum Soo? What's the deal with the producer's weird plan? The lack of logic ruined the immersion for me. A longer runtime could have fixed this mess.

I appreciate that Strongberry tells a gay love story without making it about suffering. The relationship feels built on mutual respect, though the power dynamics with the producer are troubling. It's a step forward for Korean queer media—flawed but hopeful.

The cinematography is stunning—soft lighting, gorgeous Seoul backdrops, and intimate framing that makes every moment feel like a painting. The scene by the roadside at dusk is iconic. A visual treat even if the plot could be tighter.
