When a mortal man named Santi unwittingly encounters the enigmatic Lucas, he finds himself drawn into a world where love defies the boundaries of light and darkness. Lucas, bound to a celestial prophecy, is both protector and prisoner, his heart torn between his devotion to Santi and the ancient beliefs of his lineage. As the sun sets, a dangerous force awakens—the offspring of Corason—threatening to consume everything they hold dear. This gripping horror-romance explores the conflict between unconditional love and deeply ingrained faith, weaving suspense and tenderness into an emotional tapestry. I absolutely adored the chemistry between Santi and Lucas! The way they looked at each other under the moonlight gave me chills. The horror bits actually made their love feel more precious and urgent. A perfect blend of creepy and tender—I cried at the ending.

The concept of moon/sun love is intriguing, but the execution felt rushed. The horror scenes are effective but the plot jumps around a bit, leaving some mythological rules unexplained. The romance is sweet but could have used more development. Decent for a low-budget web series.

Honestly, the cinematography blew me away for an indie Filipino BL. The contrast between the warm sunset tones and the cold, eerie blue of the night really sold the dual nature of their love. Every frame felt like a painting. More shows should take visual risks like this.

I appreciate that the show treats its gay romance with genuine heart, but it does lean into some tired tropes of forbidden love and sacrifice. Still, it's refreshing to see Filipino folklore and queer identity intersect without being preachy. The consent dynamics are handled decently—no major red flags.
